Constant Motion

The world keeps spinning. And every moment here is a blessing.
Every morning we are born again and have a chance at something new.
I am working on bringing myself back to that place, and this past weekend I had many glimpses.




There are many many paths. All different in their ups and their downs, with their advantages and pitfalls. They all wander and wind. w
I want both of us to be on paths that are healthy for us.




I can never thank you enough for sharing that week on playa with me last year.
But I will tell you again: Thank You.

i smelled it first .....

and wondered what was going on with me...then i felt it...all crisp and cool while almost too bright to open my eyes...it was just a moment so quick it was gone before i realized what happened but ahhh it felt like home..a moment of bliss sneaking into my morning routine of walking to work..yet it was almost like a trick too beckoning me to come..while knowing i may not...so instead i will think of it as a gentle reminder almost like a blessing that i can capture and remember no matter where i am.
